We believe in bettering all communities, not just where we build, and we are committed to giving back. For this reason, at every home closing Lokal Homes, Lokal Communities, and Lokal Mortgage have committed to donate to the Brent’s Place, the only “Safe-Clean” housing facility in the Rocky Mountain region approved by Children’s Hospital Colorado for patients with compromised immune systems, and to The Challenge Foundation, which helps smart, ambitious, and hard working students break the cycle of poverty through educational opportunities. Both charities are making a profound difference in the lives of families in the Colorado Front Range area and we’re exceptionally proud to be a part of them.
