Timelines vary by community and floor plan. We offer many move-in ready homes, while others follow a construction timeline. Your sales manager will provide an estimated completion date based on your home selection.

Yes! Our team provides regular construction updates so you can follow along as your home progresses. You’ll also have opportunities to schedule on-site walkthroughs at key stages.

Closing is the final step before receiving your keys! During your closing appointment, you will sign all necessary documents, finalize financing, and officially take ownership of your new home. Our team will provide all the details you need before closing day.

To file a warranty claim on your Lokal home, visit our Warranty Request Page and complete the online form. Provide details about the issue with any relevant photos to help our team assess the request. Once submitted, a member of our warranty team will review your claim and reach out with the next steps.
