An excellent experience with our first new construction home. 
We looked at a number of home builders in the area and just were not satisfied with some of the other builders model homes, they would have sagging siding, soft spots in floors wrinkles in the roofing etc. We were being very critical of model homes. If the model homes show flaws we did not want a mass production of the same. I feel like the Lokal homes are very well constructed with quality materials and craftsmanship. We are very happy and excited about our new home. Thank you Lokal homes.

Lokal has been one of the most amazing companies to work with. This was my first place to buy after being in an apartment. I had a quick turnaround due to my apartment lease being up and being an accountant with a month end that I couldn’t take off during. They went way above and beyond to get me in by my deadline.
