Lokal Homes provides a simple, streamlined process to support your home long after closing. Through our Homeowner Portal, you can submit warranty requests, track updates, and access important documents.

Warranty Support

To file a new service request, please click on the button to the left and you will be re-directed to the homeowner portal. Refer to the introduction email from your warranty manager for your login credentials.

Items considered as a warranty emergency:

  • Active water leak causing ongoing damage
  • Total loss of heat during freezing temperatures
  • Electrical hazards (sparking, smoking, burning odor)
  • Gas leak (evacuate immediately and call 911)
  • Sewer backup into the home
  • Any condition creating an immediate safety risk or significant property damage
