• First Two Sales: Receive a 3% commission* on your first two sales during the calendar year.  
• Three or More Sales: Sell three or more homes and receive the full 3% commission* plus an additional $5,000 bonus per sale. 
• Five or More Sales: Sell five or more homes and receive the full 3% commission* plus an additional $10,000 bonus per sale.
