EMERGENCIES DURING REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS; 8AM – 5PM

WHAT IF I HAVE AN EMERGENCY AFTER HOURS (5PM – 8AM) OR ON THE WEEKENDS?
You will have an emergency trade sticker on your kitchen sink cabinet door. Please refer to the appropriate trade and call them directly. If you have not received a call from the trade within 30 minutes, please call our emergency phone at 720-693-0740 and leave your name, address, close date, and issue you are experiencing. One of our team members will return your call within 30 minutes to assist.
WHAT CONSTITUTES AN EMERGENCY?
Gas Leak – if you smell gas, please evacuate the home, and Call 911. They will direct you to your gas company. If the leak is not fixed by the gas company, please contact the plumber.
Total Loss of Electricity - Please verify that the neighborhood has power and that all Breakers and GFCI’s have been reset. Contact the Electrician.
Loss of Heat – If outdoor temperature is below 45 degrees and you have one furnace, please call HVAC.
Note: if you have 2 furnaces and one is operational, please send an email to your Home Care Advisor who will respond on the next business day.
Note: Lack of A/C is not considered an emergency. please send an email to your Home Care Advisor who will respond on the next business day
Plumbing Leaks – Determine source of leak and mitigate against any further damage. Turn water off at the source. Contact Plumber immediately.
